Lies!  Lies!

I’m finding several alternative rock bands — some from unexpected places — to be quite insightful.  I downloaded my first song from Arcade Fire, entitled ‘Rebellion (Lies)’, which from what I can gather, is about apathy and paralyzing fear.

It’s about being awake, not letting ourselves be swayed by popular fears, but standing up and opening our eyes, letting ourselves see the light.

Good stuff, highly recommended.
